Patience is a virtue but time is running out!
Highlighted in gold is where I will be living for the next few months. We are in the lower western corner of Meghalaya at the Riverside Adventist School. It is a boarding school for K-8 with 800 students. The school is fairly new. From what I've heard it was built in 2005 by a Maranatha group. I am really excited about going, but lately I've been feeling very frustrated about the whole thing. I've been trying to get a visa for over a month now and it has been taking so long because I can't seem to get a letter of invitation from the school over there, which is a "required" piece of information. It seems like there is no such thing as urgency to them and they have not been in a hury to get me the letter. But today I sent off my visa application with a substitute for the letter of invitation and all I can do is pray that it will be accepted. And in less than 10 days I could have my visa, or I could be waiting still for a letter. Time is running out and my patience is wearing thin, but God has a plan!

Kristina! You will be the best teacher. Timing is key and God has some mysterious original plan for you! Can you come to my concert? Maybe you are going to the Mivoden thing...that's a good cause too :) You are great. ~Em
I am praying for you Kristina, that you will know that God is leading you in this process, that you will see His hand and His purpose for the delays so far.
Praying for peace in your heart,
discernment for your part in His plan...
Looking forward to reading your next blog...
We're enjoying beautiful fall colors today and we clear/clean out one part of our garage, sorting boxes, tossing, re-stacking....
XOXO, Jan Lind
